Born and mostly raised in upstate New York, I have always been interested in creating things. Mixed media held the most attraction. Altered Art turned out to be the medium I’d been searching for. My muse is forever altered…for the good! Constant updates probably won’t be seen here, as I do have a full time job. So,welcome to my blog. I hope you enjoy my artistic spin on life.

Hello Pam, thank you so much for your kind words on my blog. I like that you see the shadowy side to my work :)
I am in the throes of a lost work panic (see latest post) so your encouragement helps a lot.
And yes, please do link to me… :) thank you.

Hi Pam…
Feel free to copy what you’d like about the Friends Through Art Ovarian Cancer auction. It would be a great thing to do…and thanks!!!

I thought I was good w/a hula hoop!
Hi Pam, I saw a question posted on art tech group but I can’t respond with this computer at this time so I am responding here. You asked about adhering paperclay to a barbie doll. You can do this easily by covering the area you want to cover with a thin cotton fabric and mod podge or gel medium first. For instance if you wanted to cover the head an easy way would be to apply the gel medium and say a thin cotton baby sock after it is dry apply the paperclay. Do not saturate the fabric but use just enough to adhere it to the doll. Can’t wait to see what you create! hope that you blog about it
I would like to know where to purchase your Bleeding Art Tissue.
